MEDICATION TAKE BACK DAY - OCTOBER 24TH (10am-2pm)
Do you have unused and/or expired prescription medications in your house and need to properly dispose of them? Now is the time to clean out your medicine cabinets in a safe way. This Saturday Oct. 24, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., the Bucks County Drug & Alcohol Commission, Inc., in partnership with local law enforcement agencies and community coalitions, will host National Prescription Drug Take Back Day on Saturday, at sites throughout the county.
In the New Hope-Solebury area, you can take your unused/expired medications to CVS at 302 W. Bridge Street in New Hope or to the Solebury Police Department at 3092 Sugan Road.
In addition, both locations will be accepting the following items:
• Over-the-Counter Medications & Vitamins
• Pet Medications
• Va**ng Products (such as JUUL devices)
Note: Solebury Police will also be accepting used sharps and auto-injectors (e.g., pen injectors).

If you miss the event, you can still drop off unused/expired medications at the police department drop boxes in New Hope or Solebury during times that they are open.
