Community Spotlight! A HUGE shoutout to the entire community of New Hope and Crystal!
If you didn't know, we have spent countless hours recruiting and putting forth our full effort to hire paid, on-call firefighters to serve the community at a high level. As you have seen from our posts over the last year, many people have retired from West Metro Fire.
What that leaves now is a great opportunity for several people to initiate a calling they never had on their horizon. It takes an entire community to make the wheel go round and this wheel was set forth in motion because of each and every one of you.
We received over 100 applications from the people of New Hope and Crystal wanting to help others. OVER 100! If you were one of the applicants, we thank you. If you liked or shared our posts, we thank you. If you told someone at the gym, grocery store, or book club about us hiring, we thank you. If you let us put a hiring sign in your yard, we thank you. If you came to our info BBQ, we thank you. If you scanned our QR code at any one of our events, we thank you. If you did anything else to make it known that we were hiring, we thank you.
