This Madison County School System campus social media page aims to share important information about the district and campus with the public and engage in an open and respectful dialogue. To help us accomplish this goal, we ask that you abide by the following guidelines:

- Stay on topic. This page is dedicated to educating students in the Madison County School System and this school. Let’s keep the conversation related to those topics. Comments are welcome as long as they directly relate to a topic.

- Have a question for a specific employee? Contact them privately. Fans should not expect responses to every question or comment on this page.

- Be aware of the mission. The mission of Madison County School System and this school is education. Please ensure your comments are appropriate for an educational environment and fans of all ages.

- Be factual; blatantly inaccurate information will not be allowed. MCSS social media managers will remove false information and post accurate information.

Please note: The District 3 Commission office will be completing an improvement project that includes paving the area around Church Street and the NHES carline entrance. The work will begin at 9AM Thursday, September 3 and is expected to conclude by 1PM. During this time, please use an alternate entrance to access the NHES campus.

Madison County Schools | E-Learning Day | Friday, September 4, 2026

A helpful reminder for our MCSS families: Friday, September 4, 2026, will be an e-learning day for all students. Students will not report to campus.

Teachers will provide assignments and instructions to ensure continued learning from home. Please reach out to your child’s teacher orschool if you have any questions or need support.

MCSS has two scheduled e-learning days during the 2026-2027 school year: Friday, September 4, 2026, and Friday, February 12, 2027.

From Kindergarten through 6th grade, our students are building strong number sense, explaining their thinking, and learning to defend their answers—not just getting the right answer, but understanding the why behind it!

We love seeing our students think, talk, problem-solve, and grow as mathematicians! All while discovering that math can be fun!
