In the midst of all the endless, delicious food coming this weekend, we don't want you to miss out on the Ca C'est Bon Cooking Demonstration Dinner! Whether you're an out-of-town gumbo lover or a local Iberian just wanting to hone in your roux-making skills, this Demo is led by the amazing Chef John Reason and Sous Chef Pierce Ziebarth who'll teach you how to make an award-winning seafood gumbo!

You'll even get to taste their scrumptious creations THAT NIGHT during a 5 course, candlelit dinner with friends or family. Count us in!
