This week, our team had the opportunity to attend the Teacher Leader Summit, where we learned, collaborated, and gathered new ideas to bring back to our students and staff at Caneview! 💡📚
From engaging sessions to meaningful conversations with educators from across the state, the experience was filled with inspiration and excitement for the upcoming school year. We are thankful for every opportunity to grow as leaders and learners so we can continue giving our Cubs the very best! 🐻💙

Today, we celebrate an incredible milestone and an even more incredible educator. 💙🎓
After 51 years in education, Mrs. Bonnie Delahoussaye is closing a remarkable chapter and beginning a well-earned retirement.
For more than five decades, Mrs. Bonnie has poured her heart into students, families, and fellow educators. Her impact reaches far beyond classrooms and lesson plans. She has helped shape generations through her dedication, compassion, wisdom, and unwavering commitment to children.
Fifty-one years means countless lives touched, lessons taught, confidence built, hugs given, and memories made. What an extraordinary legacy to leave behind.
Thank you, Mrs. Bonnie, for the difference you made each and every day. Your work will continue to live on through every student and colleague lucky enough to learn from you.

Today we celebrated our amazing 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students at our awards program! 🏆📚✨
From academic achievements to leadership, growth, character, and hard work, our Cubs continue to make us proud every single day. Their dedication this year has truly shined bright, and we loved celebrating all they’ve accomplished!

Today we celebrated our amazing kindergarten students at awards day! From learning letters and numbers to growing in confidence, kindness, and independence, these little Cubs have come so far this year.

Our Pre-K friends had their awards ceremony today, and our hearts are officially puddles. 🥹

Our 3rd graders had an amazing time in Baton Rouge visiting the State Capitol and museum! 🏛️✨
They explored Louisiana history, learned more about our state government, and made memories outside the classroom.
