Today, June 18, 2026, is the first day of early voting for the August 4 Dual Primary Election. Early voting continues through Saturday, August 1. Early, in-person voting is conducted Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., at the New Kent Health & Human Services Building (7911 Courthouse Way, New Kent 23124).

Since this is a dual primary, when you go to vote you will have to declare which primary you wish to vote in - the Democratic Primary Election or the Republican Primary Election. Sample ballots for both primary elections can be seen here ⬇️.

If you don’t vote early, you may still vote in-person at your regular polling place on August 4.

✅ Register to vote or update an existing registration through Friday, July 24
✅ The Voter Registration Office will also be open for early voting, also at the New Kent Health & Human Services Building, on
