🐾 PANTHER SKILLS LAB | Better Together

This week, our JCE Panthers kicked off Panther Skills Lab, and we’re starting with a skill that matters in the classroom, on a team, in a workplace, and just about everywhere else:

TEAMWORK. 🧡🖤

And teamwork is a whole lot more than simply working in a group.

It’s listening to someone else’s idea.
Communicating what you’re thinking.
Doing your part.
Recognizing someone else’s strengths.
Problem-solving when the first idea doesn’t work.
And figuring out how to accomplish something together that might be pretty difficult to accomplish alone.

Through hands-on challenges this week, our students got to actually practice those skills—not just talk about them.

That’s what Panther Skills Lab is all about:

Learn it. Practice it. Use it.

Because the skills our Panthers are developing today are the same skills they’ll use in classrooms, relationships, teams, future workplaces, and life.

This week’s skill: TEAMWORK. ✔️
