West Rusk CCISD Calendar Update

School will be in session Monday, March 16 and Monday, April 6, 2026, to make up for days missed during the ice storm (Jan. 26–27).

The district has requested a TEA waiver for the third missed day (Jan. 28) and will share an update once a decision is made.

Reminder: Students will not attend school Feb. 16 (staff training comp day) or Feb. 17 (in-service day).
