I'm a little young right now, only 10 years old in cat years. I was born on 5 June 2017 and I have a birth certificate to prove it. I was born in Connecticut and not Siam as my lying opponents claim. My tax returns are an open book. I believe in PetMed insurance for all (to be paid for by Humans) and free food and a warm bed for all homeless animals. Perennial candidate for president, Bart, has "Officially" announced his candidacy for President in 2020. As he is the first candidate to announce, he is asking the federal government for matching funds.

Remember, Bart stands for fair taxation for all. Taxes on hoomans will be CUT by .0007%. Dogs will have their taxes cut by 50%, but they will be assessed a P**p Surcharge of 76.934% for the duration of their pooping. Felines, as the nations only truly elite, will have their taxes eliminated entirely. Any National debt accrued by these changes in the tax code will be paid for by the reduction of overseas aid to Nambia.
