🎉☀️ SCHOOL'S OUT FOR SUMMER! ☀️🎉

And just like that, another incredible school year comes to a close!

As we celebrate the last day of school, we want to thank our students, staff, families, and community for making this year one to remember. From academic achievements and athletic successes to concerts, field trips, and countless everyday moments of growth, there is so much to be proud of.

To our students: thank you for your hard work, perseverance, and school spirit. We hope you take time this summer to relax, recharge, explore, and make wonderful memories with family and friends.

To our staff and families: thank you for your partnership and support throughout the year. Your dedication helps make our schools a special place to learn and grow.

Have a safe, fun, and well-deserved summer break! We look forward to welcoming everyone back in the fall for another fantastic year.

🌞 Happy Summer! 🌞

🌬️⚡ Learning was in full swing in Ms. Longtain's classroom as students wrapped up the school year with an exciting hands-on science project!

After studying alternate energy sources, students put their knowledge into action by designing and building their own windmills. Through creativity, problem-solving, and engineering, they explored how wind energy can be used to generate power while learning about renewable resources and their impact on our world.

What a fantastic way to stay engaged, think critically, and apply classroom learning to a real-world challenge! We are proud of the hard work, innovation, and enthusiasm our students demonstrated throughout this project.

Monday, our middle and high school students enjoyed an end-of-the-year celebration featuring therapy dogs, yard games, and the Roaring 20s Ice Cream Truck. It was a great opportunity to recognize the hard work and accomplishments of our students throughout the school year. As we wrap up another year, we wish all of our students the best on their final exams this week.

Steering Our Success
Behind the Scenes with Our Transportation Director

Before the first engine starts or the morning sun even rises, Director of Transportation, Mark Wakefield, is already hard at work behind the scenes. While our community sees our buses rolling smoothly down the roads every morning and afternoon, it’s the tireless, behind-the-scenes dedication of our transportation director that makes it all possible. From mapping out efficient routes and managing schedules to handling the unexpected with grace, Mark is laser focused on ensuring New Lothrop students start and end their school days safely. Help us give a huge round of virtual applause to the driving force behind our fleet—thank you Mark, for keeping our students safe and our district moving!

Investing in Our Athletes
LET’S GO HORNETS

Mr. John Ahrens and our maintenance crew worked their magic, getting the ball fields looking good for our student-athletes. Our district is committed to providing exceptional facilities—both inside the classroom and out on the fields—to ensure students have every resource they need to grow, compete, and thrive. This initiative was funded via general and sinking funds dollars. LET’S GO.
