We respectfully ask, per the family’s request, that any neighboring fire departments that are able assist us in honoring one of our own.

For the upcoming funeral services of our fallen firefighter, we would greatly appreciate departments bringing apparatus to help line the procession route or stand in tribute. Your presence would mean a great deal to our department, the family, and the community.

Services will be held this Friday at Ingram Funeral Home in St. Marys, WV. Please arrive around 1:30 PM, with services beginning at 2:00 PM.

With deepest sympathy we regret to announce the passing of Firefighter James Addlesburger.

Their dedication to this department and our community will never be forgotten. James spent decades helping others and answering every call when needed. Please keep their family and loved ones in your thoughts during this difficult time.

WARMING SHELTER AVAILABLE

Due to current weather conditions, the Fire Hall and City Building are open to the public as designated warming shelters.

In the event of a power outage, residents may also use these facilities to charge phones and other essential electronic devices.
