Clatter Valley Farm and CSA Welcome to Clatter Valley Farm located in New Milford, Connecticut. We are a family owned farm with over twenty years experience in local farming

We are primarily a Community Supported Agriculture Farm (also called a CSA or Subscription Vegetable Farming) with annual memberships available. Planting begins in April and continues throughout summer, ensuring a continuous supply of fresh high-quality vegetables. Clatter Valley Farm also raises our own beef and chicken. Farm fresh eggs are available to CSA members and at our local Farmer's Market in Danbury, CT.

For four days only, Ember is bringing their open-fire dining experience to the Hilltop at March Farm, featuring seasonal ingredients, handcrafted cocktails, incredible views, and a menu thatā€™s just as beautiful as the setting.

Sunsets, good food, and a chance to slow down for a few hours and simply enjoy summer.

The moment we have all been waiting forā€¦ Strawberries are here! šŸ“We have strawberries, radishes, and scallions freshly picked by our crew this morning! We are selling them self serve style in Essex as a preseason treat so be sure to bring cash or check for these. We will keep you posted as to whether we will be open- for realsies- this weekend!

Strawberries are $9.99, scallions $3.39 and radishes $3.39. Come on down while supplies last!

It isĀ to recognize the dairy farming families who produce nutritious foods. It highlights the industry's contributions to healthy diets, local communities, and the economy. The event began in 1937 as "National Milk Month" to help sell extra milk during summer production.

Looking for a new SUMMER SALSA that is healthy?

Clatter Valley Farm & CSA found this wonderful GRILLED PEACH & CHARRED CORN SALSA!

1. Grill the peaches (3-5 min, cut side down) and the corn (12-15 min, turning) until marked and slightly softened. Let cool.

2. Combine the tomatoes, onion, jalapeƱo, and lime juice in a bowl. Season with salt.

3. Cut the corn kernels off the cob and dice the peaches. Add to the bowl with cilantro.

4. Gently stir to combine. Serve fresh or chilled.
