Mardi Gras Tomorrow. The day we Indians that represent the Indian Council, come out to support Mardi Gras, and present our suits that will be worn St. Joseph’s Night. We do this to allow each other to see who each other is on St. Joseph’s Night and whose is under the mask. This year I will walk with feathers to present to the Chief of my tribes. I will walk with these feathers, in honor of presenting my feather to the Indian Council, in response to my chief saying he is ready. This feather is in regard to a good response. It represents my tribe every year, and is of the crown worn every year. We will claim the Endymion walk parade route, and those who are in favor of honoring my tribe, we will walk to you. I will walk with my feathers down Orleans to Claiborne, and I will stop along the way with these feathers. Those who will be in favor, please say I!!!!!!!!
