Their service also plays a critical role in safeguarding the thousands of cruise passengers who pass through our terminals each year, along with the broader port ecosystem that keeps commerce moving.

What a great evening for HPD’s Inaugural Employee Fun Run/ Walk!

Employees from the Port of New Orleans, New Orleans Public Belt, and came together after work for a fun 1-mile run/walk along Port of New Orleans Place. The event was a great opportunity to promote wellness, teamwork, and camaraderie across our port family in celebration of National Police Week.

After crossing the finish line, participants cooled off with snowballs and enjoyed time together celebrating a successful event. Thank you to everyone who came out and helped make the evening such a success. We’re already looking forward to next year’s run!
