Many of you already know ... but apparently some haven't heard & another message was needed ...

Ladies Day Fund closed it's doors: 12 / 31 / 2018 ... after 20 years. So appreciate and grateful, am I, for wonderful support that has been received from people believing in the mission and supporting it through the years. Many, many, many -- flight attendants were helped. I have a file overflowing with grateful letters from recipients -- many who benefited because such a fund was available to help in their time of need. I would like to personally thank each of you who helped keep this happening for sooo many years ... having no staff this is too difficult at this time for me to do. Please know you will always have a special place in my heart ... for you helped me to keep a promise I made back in 1998. Thank you and God bless... Carole Lovelace

FIRST: I want to wish all of you a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS and a HAPPY, HEALTHY & BLESSED NEW YEAR!! In 2015 our fund was blessed with many new people wishing to be members (check website if interested: www.ladiesdayfund.com), wonderful donations & a successful summer fundraiser... a heartfelt thank you to all who participated in some way.
NEXT: As having recently purchased Karen Perry's book... "ANGELS THREE -- THE KAREN PERRY STORY; ONE WOMAN FINDS HER WAY BACK FROM THE ULTIMATE LOSS"... this is a book you will not want to put down! I highly recommend this very personal and compelling story of how Karen coped having to deal with an incredible loss. It is A MUST READ!! Ladies Day Fund has helped many stuggling with heavy financial burdens because of serious illness or unexpected life misfortunes. We were familiar with Karen having struggles before this and when Karen tragically lost her children the night before Thanksgiving in 2011 -- the Ladies Day Board of directors reached out to help once again. If you check my page (Carole Lovelace) I have written how Ladies Day members and others helped this organization raise $35,000.00 for her at this time of having to deal with the ultimate loss!! Thank you again for continuing to make me proud as you share in "my promise" to make a difference... God Bless!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING to all who continue to support this organization so we can keep Ladies Day available for co-workers needing a helping hand. THANK YOU, thank you, thank, you ALL OF YOU - Ladies Day Members & supporters! You have no idea the scope of what we together have been able to do as we help someone struggling. Just one example of someone who will be getting a check in the next few days... a check soon of financial aid will be going out to help a single flight attendant -- this person has recently been given the diagnosis of stage 4 colon cancer.

By sending a check for $25 and writing membership on it -- all that is necessary... or you can fill out a membership form... important if address different on your check. Also an email address put on the check (when no mem. form is sent) would be helpful when messages & info about the organization is sent out.
By being a member and paying membership: You are helping with organization expenses and also means you care about keeping this organization going so co-workers in need can be helped.
