Rosa F. Keller Library & Community Center Reopens:

Keller Library & Community Center reopens today, Wednesday February 18, following successful roof repairs.

These repairs were part of a long-awaited Capital Project to repair critical systems that keep Library staff and patrons comfortable during New Orleans’ fluctuating temperatures.

We are delighted to welcome you back to the Library!

We will miss everyone but are excited about our new roof.

Our last open day before the repairs start will be Saturday November 29th, so if you have time please come by and say hi.

"Rosa F. Keller Library & Community Center will temporarily close beginning Monday, December 1, to repair the roof.

This is part of a long-awaited Capital Project to repair critical systems that keep Library staff and patrons comfortable during New Orleans’ fluctuating temperatures. The Library anticipates a reopening post-Mardi Gras, after which we will move onto another location’s repairs.

During the closure, items on hold at Keller Library will be sent to Main Library (219 Loyola Avenue). If you would prefer to pick up your holds at a different location, you can change your preferences by logging into your Library account or calling any location. Library materials may not be returned to Keller Library & Community Center during this closure. Materials can be returned to any other Library location.
