NOPD Homicide Section detectives and Louisiana State Police Troop NOLA arrested Robert G. Rodriguez (pictured) yesterday in the investigation of a homicide that occurred that day in the 4400 block of Chef Menteur Highway. Rodriguez was arrested shortly after allegedly fleeing the scene. He was booked on one count of second-degree murder.

On September 3, 2026, the NOPD and Louisiana State Police arrested Robert G. Rodriguez (pictured, black male, DOB: 04-14-2003) in its investigation of a homicide that occurred that same day in the 4400 block of Chef Menteur Highway.

New Orleans Police are asking the public's assistance with locating a suspect wanted for felony theft by fraud.

Wanted is Jaliyah Armani Parker (pictured), Black female, DOB 03/03/2003.

According to investigators, on July 20, 2026 Jaliyah Armani Parker fraudulently obtained $1000 from the victim's account. A warrant is on file for her arrest.

All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

According to investigators, around 3:30 pm on September 1, 2026 the pictured suspect illegally entered the victim's property in the 2800 block of Dryades Street and stole property.
