Under the direction of Captain Sandra Contreras, the Third District coverage includes Lakeview, Gentilly, West End, Mid-City and Hollygrove-Dixon, encompassing Dillard University, Southern University of New Orleans, Delgado Community College, University of New Orleans and City Park.
