“What’s really exciting is that this is my first IRT ever.

It's been cool to be able to collaborate with the other military branches, and to see where I can fit in and provide value and also learn as much as possible.

I came here as a communicator, and I've been tasked to kind of be a Swiss Army knife and learn different skills and add value in different areas that I might not have had the most experience in.

It’s allowed me to really enhance my leadership skills, personal growth and professional development.”
