Happy Girls and Women in Sports Day!
Giving a shout out to U.S. Army 1st Lt. Sade Hudson, a Soldier in Bravo Company, 548th Division Sustainment Support Battalion, 10th Mountain Division Sustainment Brigade, and the starting point guard for the All-Army Women’s Basketball team. Hudson played basketball from a young age through college before joining the Army.
National Girls and Women in Sports Day inspires girls and women to play and be active, to realize their full power. The confidence, strength and character gained through sports participation are the very tools girls and women need to become strong leaders in sports and life.
