Joseph Campbell Mythological Roundtable Hello and welcome to the page for the Joseph Campbell Mythological Roundtable at The Center for Symbolic Studies in New Paltz, New York.

This is a group that meets once a month to discuss mythology, folklore, and the uses of archetype. Each month we’ll focus on a specific topic that bears relevance to our individual lives and interests, illuminating new perspectives, interconnections, and ways of constructing meaning from these rich subjects. Discussions will be participant-driven and emphasize dialogue, playfulness, and curiosity

in a supportive environment. No formal membership is required (meaning members need not be present for each roundtable), and we encourage individuals with all levels of interest and familiarity with the topics to join in.
