☀ Heat Safety Reminder ☀
High temperatures can be dangerous - especially for young children, older adults, and those with chronic health conditions.

💧 Stay hydrated - Drink plenty of water
🌳 Stay cool - Find shade or air conditioning
🧴 Use sunscreen - Protect your skin
🚗 NEVER leave children or pets in cars
🕶 Limit outdoor activity during peak heat (10 a.m. - 4 p.m.)

Know the sings of heat exhaustion: 😓 Heavy sweating, dizziness, nausea, headache

If you or someone else is showing signs of heat-related illness, move to a cool place, sip water, and seek medical help if needed.
