Time to start thinking about junior fair! This year's Jr. Fair Market Livestock Judging Contest will be held on Saturday, September 26 beginning at 10 a.m. The contest is open to all 2026 4-H and FFA members, clubs, and chapters in Ohio. 4-H Market Chickens have arrived!

Due to the unexpected arrival, we are starting pick up at 2:30 p.m. today and extending pick up until 7:00 p.m. PICK UP WILL BE AT THE EXTENSION OFFICE; come to the side door to pick up birds.

We apologize, we did not receive our usual notification letting us know that the birds were on their way, and when we checked with the hatchery, we were provided with information that led us to believe that the birds would not be arriving today.

Remember to have your brooder set up BEFORE you pick up your birds.
Bring a small box with some bedding in it to take your birds home.
Birds MUST be picked up during the assigned times. If you are unable to pick up your birds yourselves, please make arrangements for someone else to do so.
Please do not arrive prior to receiving the email, we will not distribute birds early.
