NOTARIES!!!. THIS DOCUMENT HAS BEEN REJECTED

I knew this would get rejected from CLAY county Clerk office for E-recording, because notary didnt place date on all page of the deed in lieu package 🤬 VIRGINIA notary met with my borrower in VA for a florida property 😠 all his docs are incorrectly done. Its everyone Job to fill out dates on ALL documents. These are time sensitive documents.

THIS IS A HUGE LIABILITY ON THIS NOTARY IF BORROWER DOESN'T GET ACCEPTED

DO BETTER EVERYONE. So many errors I see when documents are return back to our firm.
