Scott County's Cedar Lake Farm Regional Park is located approximately 5 miles northeast of New Prague and features camper cabins, a swimming beach, picnic areas and lovely sweeping views of the lake. Located on the south shore of Cedar Lake near New Prague, the former Cedar Lake Farm and Day Resort property has been converted into Scott County’s newest regional park. Family and group picnicking, c

atered events, group camping, boat canoe/kayak rentals (Fri.-Sun.), swimming, and fishing are all possible at this picturesque site. The park is open seasonally May through September, and operated under a partnership between Scott County and Three Rivers Park District and with on-site volunteer park caretakers. FREE PROGRAM 🌿 Patterns in the Park 🌿

Combine a nature walk with a classic library story! Kids will explore the natural world of textures by collecting leaves, flowers, and sticks, then use them to create fun textile prints to take home. The program will also include a story that connects to the park’s natural elements.

Located on the south shore of Cedar Lake near New Prague, the Camper Cabins connect to the recreation area with beach access, fishing piers, and a Play Area. The Cabins at this park location are perfect for people who are new to camping.
