With warmer weather here, we’re seeing more e-bikes and e-scooters out on our roads and trails. These are fun, convenient ways to get around, but they come with important responsibilities.
To keep everyone safe — riders, pedestrians, and drivers alike — please take a moment to review the Rules of the Road for e-bikes and e-scooters attached to this post.

Safe riding is smart riding. Let’s all do our part to make New Prague a safe community for everyone on the road.

Thanks to Cub Scout Pack 323 New Prague for inviting us back for the pinewood derby. There were some awesome designs and fast cars.

Jufang Zhou was convicted of Receiving Profits From Prostitution. A criminal investigation was initiated after an advertisement was discovered for a massage parlor which included phrases such as "New opening/New Girl" "Grooming down under is natural" and described the girls as "baby skin, big doll eyes, angel face, devil figure" and "discreet and no drama". Several people were spoken to and informed law enforcement that during their massage they were offered oral s*x, s*x, and other s*xual activities. An employee described Defendant as the "master" and "teacher". She was sentenced to 41 months to custody of the Department of Corrections (Prison).
A great job by the New Prague Police Department in keeping our community safe.
