A new memo titled “Updates Regarding Biological S*x and Intimate Spaces, Including Restrooms,” clarifies that the agency will comply with President Trump’s executive order safeguarding sex-segregated private spaces.

The State Department says it will follow this guiding principle for consistency, privacy, and safety in shared spaces.
