Celebrate culture, honor history, and show your school spirit at Livonia High School!
October 26–30, Livonia High School will celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month Spirit Week with the theme “Roots & Resilience”—celebrating our culture, honoring our history, and inspiring our future!
Students are invited to participate in these daily themes:
Monday, October 26 — Marigold Day
Let your spirit bloom! Wear yellow, orange, or gold to kick off a colorful week of celebrating culture and heritage.
Tuesday, October 27 — Ranchero Day
¡Viva el Ranchero! Wear cowboy or cowgirl attire, including hats, boots, denim, bandanas, or Western-inspired outfits.
Wednesday, October 28 — Jersey Day
Represent your team! Wear your favorite sports jersey and show your team spirit.
Thursday, October 29 — Ancestor Day
Honor those who came before us. Wear a loved one’s favorite color, recreate their style, or wear something that reminds you of someone who has made an impact on your life. Students may also bring a photo or small, meaningful item for the remembrance altar.
Friday, October 30 — Día de los Mu***os Colors
Honor your roots and celebrate your culture! Wear purple, orange, pink, black, white, or marigold. No costumes—just show your spirit!
We look forward to seeing Livonia High School students celebrate the people, traditions, and stories that connect generations!
