WOW!! What an amazing turnout for our annual Fishing Derby! We had 50 kids registered this year! A huge thank you to the Sheriff's Office for putting it on, The New Rockford Lions for the hotdog lunch, and all of the local businesses around town and Carrington for the donations to make this event possible! I think it's safe to say the kids and adults had a great time!

Our very Generous Donors include:
New Rockford Park District, Evans Funeral Home, Community Credit Union, Warren Implement, Haley Auto Repair, Viking Electric, NoDak Insurance-Chris Bichler, Flair Boutique, Hanson's Bar, Bank Forward, Cash & Carry Lumber, Central Pharmacy, Hideaway Hair Salon, Dry Dock of Carrington, WWW Trucking, & ND Game & Fish.

Last night we had our annual Shop with the Sheriff event. A huge thank you to the Wells County Sheriff's Department, Foster County Sheriff's Dept., Carrington PD, ND Highway Patrol, NDG&F Game Warden Myhre, and our very own Eddy County Sheriff's Dept. for helping make this a success. Special Thanks to the Community Ambulance Service of New Rockford for their use of the Ambulance Bay to wrap gifts and have pizza. Another Special Thanks to the New Rockford Lions Club for the Pizza, Water, and assistance in wrapping gifts. Thank you to the local businesses for staying open late for us. And many, many thanks to our community and surrounding communities for the donations to make this all happen! I think the kids had a great time, and I know all of the Deputies and Officers did! :)
