Atmos Energy will be conducting a leak survey in New Strawn within the next week or so. Residents may notice a vehicle driving slowly through town at night as crews measure and map natural gas and methane levels. This work is part of routine safety monitoring.

A little bit more clarification on the BRUSH pile. Brush only. Your grass clippings and leaves can go in the mulch pile but not the brush pile. It is regulated by the state for brush only.

The funeral service for Steven Dwight is Saturday, August 8th at 1:30 p.m. at Jones Funeral Home. If you aren't able to attend, cards can be dropped off at City Hall. We will make sure they get to the family.
