✉️ Today we welcomed our pen pals from Weisenberg Elementary! They visited to learn what life at middle school is really like from their pen pals and got a tour of the building. It was a great opportunity to make connections, answer questions, and help our future middle schoolers feel excited and prepared for the next chapter. We loved having you visit! 🖤💛

🏆🐐 Congratulations to Connor W. for officially earning the March Math Madness Champion title and the GOAT Trophy! 🐐🏆

Connor worked hard through February, March, April… and somehow even into May 😅 thanks to Mrs. Metzger learning the hard way how a double elimination bracket actually works with 70+ students 😂

To keep advancing, Connor had to complete IXL skills and math questions every round — and his hard work paid off! We are so proud of his dedication and perseverance. 👏📚

After working hard on their Math PSSAs this week, students enjoyed a well-earned brain break 🧠 with some friendly board games—lots of laughs and a little competition!

Even with an unexpected internet glitch 😅, they stayed flexible and made the most of the time. Proud of their focus and positive attitudes!

We kicked off our last day of PSSA testing with some fun on GoNoodle, and these students brought the energy! Sometimes a quick dance break is just what we need to reset, refocus, and start the day strong.

And if you look closely… you might spot a few boys hiding in the background doing their best “don’t notice me dancing” moves 😂 We see you!

So proud of their hard work this week—way to finish strong! 💪

Our top pi memorizer went head-to-head with Mrs. Metzger in an epic Pie Face Showdown—and let’s just say there were lots of laughs (and whipped cream 😄)!
