No, no - the compromise we settled for was for 50% accessibility. They dragged their feet for years and now the TLC wants to renege on a court settlement. So it's time to return to the fight for our original goal 100% accessible Taxis in New York City - Taxis For All. Thank you kindly

The Taxis For All Campaign was born at 504 Dems meetings decades ago under former president Marvin Wasserman and our immediate past president Edith Prentiss worked with Disability Rights Advocates to initiate this lawsuit to compel NYC Taxi and Limousine Commission to adhere to the landmark agreement initially reached in the case. we call on the disability community and our allies to stand with us and make the TLC feel the power of the disability rights community.
