Please join us at Library for an informal playgroup for caregivers and their children hosted by a local Come connect with other caregivers while being able to ask questions and receive resources!

Each week will highlight a specific topic relevant to new parents including:

Self care
Postpartum Depression and other mood disorders
Infant feeding
Identity/changing relationships
Processing birth
Newborn care and child development
This 8 week series is ideal for caregivers of infants 0-18 months. This program is facilitated by a certified pre/postpartum doula.

The program will be held in the storytime room.

Únase a nosotros en un grupo de juego informal para cuidadores y sus niños organizado por una doula local. Venga a conectarse con otros cuidadores mientras puede hacer preguntas y recibir recursos.

Cada semana se destacará un tema específico relevante para los nuevos padres, incluyendo:
