In addition, the Manhattan EOC offers certified career trainings in the areas of Phlebotomy, EKG, Electronic Health Records, Medical Administrative Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant, Microsoft Office, Security Officer Training, OHSA (40 hour), and Hospitality. The MEOC is one of ten EOCs across the state of New York and is administered by the Borough of Manhattan Community College/CUNY and primarily funded by the State University of New York.
