Bronx Community Board 7

Bronx Community Board 7 Welcome to the official page of Bronx Community Board 7.

District Manager: Ischia Bravo

The Community Board is the official municipal body whose mission is to advise and confer with government agencies, often times in conjunction with local elected officials, on matters affecting the social and economic welfare of the district. The Committee Chairpersons of Bronx Community Board 7 do this by providing an open forum where residents have the opportunity

to express their concerns involving the projects, programs and policies that affect their neighborhoods. The District Manager also meets with the various city agencies’ local representatives to discuss the needs of the district, status of service delivery, and resources needed to enhance or improve services rendered. We hosted a successful Flagging Event on Sunday, May 17th. Thank you to our Community Partners: the NY Grey Cadets, Bronx Borough President Vanessa L. Gibson, Senator Gustavo Rivera, Council Member Erick Dinowitz, the NYC Parks Department and Recreation, Guerinos Against Graffiti, Crusaders for Children’s Rights, the Financial Advisors Group, and our board members. We brought our community together to honor our present, past, and future heroes.
