According to NEXT's recent "Inside the Autistic Workplace" survey, 80% of autistic employees say that masking is exhausting, with more than half reporting both sensory and communication overload.

Meet Christine Aurigemma.

We're thrilled to have Christine join moderator Kerry Magro for our upcoming discussion on autism employment on October 15 at UCLA.

Christine spent 28 years at Pfizer. Profoundly deaf since age three and self-identified as neurodivergent, she spent 25 of those years leading analytical chemistry teams in drug discovery research. In her last three years at Pfizer, she moved into workforce strategy as Senior Manager, Diversity Sourcing, leading the company's disability and neurodiversity inclusion initiatives.
