The Medical Center Archives of NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medicine is pleased to open the application process for the 2026 David J. Wolf, MD Visiting Research Scholar Program, which supports research using the onsite collections in the Medical Center Archives of NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medicine. The David J. Wolf, MD Visiting Research Scholar will receive up to a $5,000 stipend to support travel, lodging, food, and incidentals for a flexible period between January 1 – December 31, 2026. The Medical Center Archives of NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medicine is excited to announce that new historical publications highlighting women’s medical education and treatment in New York City from the 19th and mid-20th centuries have been digitized and are now available online. This project was made possible thanks to a grant from the Metropolitan New York Library Council (METRO).

-New York Infirmary for Indigent Women and Children: Annual Reports (1890-1954)
-Woman’s Medical College of the New York Infirmary: Announcements and Catalog (1870-1899)
-Bloomingdale Asylum: Annual Reports (1827-1961)
-New York Hospital: Annual Reports (1797-1843)
