FILM TAX CREDIT UPDATE! ✨🚨✨

Great news: Assemblymember Didi Barrett introduced a bill in the Assembly to strengthen the NY film tax incentive upstate. There is now traction in both the Senate and the Assembly, but we need to keep telling our representatives that we want film and television jobs in New York!

Here are some ways you can help:

This summer we partnered with studio MRC and Rian Johnson’s production company T-Street on a Fellowship opportunity for 5 Hudson Valley-based college students to rotate through departments on set. Working in Camera, Art, Production Office, Costume and Set Decoration, the Fellows gained valuable experience to help launch their careers working in TV/Film.
