The Staten Island Downtown Alliance is a Local Development Corporation created to promote and effectuate the protection, preservation and physical improvement of the land and buildings within the Staten Island neighborhoods of Clifton, Fort Wadsworth, Rosebank, Shore Acres, Stapleton, St. George and Tompkinsville, also known as “the “Bay Street Corridor”. Members participating in the Staten Island

Downtown Alliance will be able to participate in programs and events designed to promote business, attract clientele, elevate the quality of life, combat community deterioration, preserve history and encourage positive development along the Bay Street Corridor. As an organization, the Staten Island Downtown Alliance will provide member businesses, residents and non-profit organizations with advice, assistance and support needed to enhance their property value and quality of life. DSIC will liaise with government officials and agencies to ensure that services are being consistently provided and increased or improved as needed. The general membership shall consist of those individuals who are business or property owners within the Bay Street Corridor, or representatives from large corporations with a presence in the Bay Street Corridor.
