1. Presentation by Thomas Devaney, Senior Director of Land Use and Planning, Municipal Arts Society. View MAS’s April 2021 report SoHo/NoHo: Who Knows? and 2018 report A Tale of Two Rezonings: Taking a Closer Look At CEQR, which studied two already up zoned neighborhoods.
2. Historic District Council’s representative will focus on what this plan means as a precedent to all other NYC historic districts.
3.
