Please note that there will be high volume on the site on Friday due to application submissions, so we highly recommend submitting as soon as possible. Don't wait until the last minute - no exceptions will be made! Thank you!

Big news for New York’s business climate! Did you know that the corporate income tax rate for all manufacturers was cut to ZERO in 2014? Governor Andrew Cuomo’s efforts to make New York City more Open for Business earned him the 2014 Outstanding Achievement in State Tax Reform Award from the Tax Foundation.
