77 years ago today, the World Federation of Democratic Youth was founded by millions of young people all over the world who, after facing the Nazi-fascist barbarism and imperialist wars, decided to unite to struggle.
The anti-imperialist youth today, as on that 10th of November of 1945, in the face of the reactionary upsurge and imperialist aggressions that are intensifying in our days, must continue keeping alive the struggle for lasting peace.
We are proud of our glorious history and of all the comrades who gave their lives for this noble cause, not because of nostalgia, but because of the confidence that by learning from our defeats and victories, from our mistakes and successes, we will achieve the final victory.
The World Federation of Democratic Youth is still alive in the struggle, and we will not stop until we have built the world we have dreamed of and fought for. This is, until we have built a world free of exploitation and any kind of oppression.

Hoy hace 77 años la Federación Mundial de la Juventud Democrática fue fundada por millones jóvenes en todo el mundo que, tras enfrentar la barbarie nazi-fascista y las guerras imperialistas, decidieron unirse para luchar.
La juventud antiimperialista hoy como en aquel 10 de noviembre de 1945, ante el auge reaccionario y las ofensivas imperialistas que se agudizan en nuestros días, seguimos manteniendo viva la llama de la lucha por la paz duradera.
Estamos orgullosas de nuestra gloriosa historia y de todas las camaradas que dieron su vida por esta noble causa, no desde la nostalgia, sino desde el convencimiento de que aprendiendo de nuestras derrotas y victorias, de nuestros errores y aciertos, lograremos la victoria final.
La Federación Mundial de la Juventud Democrática sigue viva en la lucha, y no nos detendremos hasta construir el mundo que tanto hemos soñado y por el que tanto hemos luchado. Esto es, hasta construir un mundo libre de explotación y cualquier tipo de opresión.

منذ ٧٧ عامًا، تمّ تأسيس اتحاد الشباب الديمقراطي العالمي بوحدة ملايين الشباب حول العالم الذين قرروا استكمال النضال بعد مواجهتهم للبربرية النازية والفاشية وللحروب الإمبريالية.
في وجه تصاعد الرجعيات والاعتداءات الامبريالية في أيامنا هذه، لا بدّ أن نستكمل كشباب معادين للإمبريالية، كما في العاشر من نوڤمبر عام 1945، إحياء النضال القائم نحو السلام العالمي.
إننا نفتخر بتاريخنا المجيد وبالرفاق الذين استشهدوا لأجل القضايا النبيلة، ولا يأتي ذلك في سياق النوستالجيا، بل في سياق الثقة بأننا نتعلم من هزائمنا وانتصاراتنا، من أخطائنا ونجاحاتنا، وأننا نراكم نحو النصر النهائي الآتي.
إنّنا في اتحاد الشباب الديمقراطي العالمي ما زلنا نناضل، ولن نتوقف حتّى نبني العالم الذي نحلم به ونقاتل لأجله، أي إلى حين بناء عالم خال من الاستغلال وكافة أشكال الاضطهاد.
