Washington Market Park The Friends of Washington Market Park (FOWMP) is an all-volunteer 501(c) 3 non profit organization su Washington Market Park is open daily from 7 am until dusk.

The park is located in the Tribeca neighborhood of Lower Manhattan on Greenwich Street between Duane and Chambers streets. The main entrance is on Greenwich Street at Duane Street. Click here to see a map. The Friends of Washington Market Park is a non-profit neighborhood organization that plans free public events in the park and supports park restoration and improvements. Our events include the s

ummer concert series, spring and fall planting days for children, a Halloween parade and party, as well as seasonal parties throughout the year. The Friends of Washington Market Park also books the gazebo for parties and events for a suggested donation that supports our events and the community garden.
