DEAR OBIDIENTS,
This is a sad reality which is the fact that all Nigerian political parties are the same. APC, PDP, PRP, NDC, ADC etc are actually the same. This is why it's very easy for the politicians to switch parties. Our politics in Nigeria has not evolved into politics of ideology. VERY SAD REALITY! So I see all of you looking for what does not exist.
In the western Democracy, taking the USA as an example, people rarely decamp from being a Democrat to being a Republican or vice versa. Yes it happens but very rarely. This is because it's purely based on ideology. I can easily tell where a Republican or a Democrat stands on any issue because of their ideological differences.
Sadly we are not even close to that. So again I see many of us looking for does not exist especially in NDC. NDC is a typical Nigerian political party so don't expect anything different. I sincerely understand our people especially those who have political aspirations. It can be weakening sincerely. Unfortunately, there's little or nothing Peter Obi can do for now. Mind you Obi doesn't have a party. He rented one so he may not have much say. Unfortunately, our constitution boxes every politician to a party system. There's no room for independent candidacy. I still don't know why🤷.
This is one of the reasons, people like us are pushing for Obi's Presidency so we can usher in such a Nigeria of our dreams. One of the things we can do is to register our own party. Another one is to see how we can take over a party since rumors I hear is that the establishment doesn't want new parties anymore. I sincerely praise Atiku Abubakar and his team for what they did with the ADC. I mean taking over the party and replacing the entire leadership with his men.
The only way we can stop crying about marginalisation is by having our own party. And I have also given two ways I believe we can do that.
