The time leading up to and following a national election is often one filled with lots of emotions. It can cause conflicts between friends and families as well as some anxiety around the uncertainty of a new administration.

We are offering a support group for those who feel that they need some strength and coping strategies as our political climate changes in the coming months. Please note this is not a place for discussion of politics, policies, activism or recruitment- but rather a safe space to discuss healthy ways to handle the emotions you may be feeling.

There will be 3 separate groups on December 2nd, December 3rd and December 10th in Nassau and Suffolk counties. Registration information and more details can be found on the informational fliers below.
