Konstuction Dance Company was founded in February 2016 by Brooklyn- raised choreographer and Artistic Director Andre Bailey. The company serves not only as a dance training center for the New York City's community but also as an outlet for those with prior interest in the art of dance. Konstruction Dance Company Elite Competition teams was established to provide young dancers with intense training

and competitive performing opportunities. After completing the Intensive Programs, students that demonstrate both the talent and the desire to pursue dancing will be offered the chance to join our Elite dance competition teams. In addition to performing, Konstruction Dance Company is committed to community building and outreach.
