We are heartbroken to share the passing of our dear friend and longtime volunteer, Teresa Donahue.

Teresa joined Bottomless Closet as a volunteer after her retirement in 2018 and was named our Volunteer of the Year in 2022, a recognition that reflected the spirit and dedication she brought to everything she did. Teresa was warm, generous, incredibly thoughtful, and always quick with her wit. Her kindness and genuine care for others made her beloved by our clients and fellow volunteers. We were so lucky to know her and to have her as part of our Bottomless Closet community for so many years. She will be deeply missed.

Visitation will be held September 29 from 2–5 PM and 7–9 PM at Werst & LaBella Funeral Home in Glendale. A Mass will be held September 30 at 9:30 AM at St. Pancras Church, followed by interment at Cypress Hills Cemetery at 11 AM.
