Some of our members were selected to participate and responded positively to the curriculum and being exposed to opportunities of what a STEM education can provide. Although the program was only a week, STEM education continues at Madison throughout the year. We are so excited to be one of five new pop-up vaccination sites! Our Thomas S. Murphy Clubhouse will be open on Saturday, May 1st from 9-5 and will take walk-in appointments for bodega, grocery store and supermarket workers with proof of employment while supplies lasts. The Madison Council supports the organization through:
Raising awareness and serving as Madison ambassadors
Organizing and attending fundraisers
Engaging in volunteer activities at Clubhouses
Members are expected to actively participate in Madison Council meetings, events and/or volunteer activities throughout the year.
