Our ministers have been busy perfecting their gifts in preaching and ministry this summer. In June, Rev. Isis Agyei traveled to Ohio to participate in the Jarena Lee Preaching Conference sponsored by !, Inc. A couple of weeks ago, Min. Nallely Dickson traveled to Martha’s Vineyard to participate in the Womanists at the Inkwell Conference. Thank you for all you do at FBPMC, and continue to stir up the gifts!

We could not ask for a better day to worship and fellowship at Baptist Camp Lebanon this past Sunday. Many thanks to all who made the day a memorable one!

Our official 225th anniversary celebration was absolutely incredible. The day began with a Spirit-filled worship service. Dr. Miriam Méndez, Executive Minister and Senior Regional Pastor of American Baptist Churches of New Jersey, gave a powerful message. Then, we had a delicious luncheon at the Robert Treat Hotel. Many thanks to all who made this historic occasion a success. This is our time of refreshing (Acts 3:18-21)!

Pentecost is always a special time at FBPMC when our God-given diversity is on full display. For decades, this day is also International Sunday for our congregation where our 20+ nations come together to sing, pray, and proclaim our unity in Christ. Also, let’s not forget the delicious feast of cuisine from around the world! As we celebrate 225 years of ministry in 2026, we were especially blessed by the Holy Spirit. Many thanks to our guest preacher, Rev. Dr. Mia Chang, founder and lead pastor of NextGen Church in West Windsor, NJ for an incredible preached Word. Holy Spirit, continue to rest on us!

On Sunday, June 7th, First Baptist Peddie Memorial Church will celebrate its 225th anniversary! The day will begin with a worship service in our historic sanctuary at 10:30am. Then, we will have a luncheon at the nearby Robert Treat Hotel (50 Park Place) at 2pm. Tickets to the luncheon can be purchased using the link below or by scanning the QR code on the flyer.
