I am looking for individuals, 62 years of age or older, who are experiencing homelessness. I will assist with getting you housed. I will pay 70% of your rent and you pay 30% YOU MUST HAVE NO EVICTIONS, NO EXCEPTIONS.

If you have no income, with proper proof of zero-income, I can help to get you housed and pay your rent for 1 year while you and I work towards getting you some form of income. Again YOU MUST HAVE NO EVICTIONS, NO EXCEPTIONS

If you are at risk of being homeless with not more than 3 months arrears. I will pay it for you but you must have enough income to maintain moving forward.
